We are looking for an extremely talented Audio Quality Assurance Trainer to help us audit and improve our AI bot conversations. Our AI is unique in the real estate space because it’s driven by all the data we’re collecting from each user as they search for homes to buy on the search sites we provide for them. This way we can have informed conversations based on what we know the home searcher is interested in, which makes the conversations very precise and genuine.

Responsibilities:

• Review audio recordings and written transcripts of voice AI conversations to determine intent of the conversation and evaluate the bot’s responses
• Audit messages and improve weak performing scripts based on analytics
• Read through conversations and identify areas where our team made mistakes in answering questions, and suggest improvements
• Interact with the bot and record behavior

• Exceptional written English skill
• Exceptional verbal English skill
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Experience with writing drip texts and emails is a huge plus
• Experience in a call center listening to calls and training teams on how to improve is a huge plus
• At least 1 yr experience with the same niche is a plus
• Scripting/Automation coding is a plus

System Requirements:

• Processor should be 2.4 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
• Ram should be at least 8 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
• Should have a back-up Computer with the same specs
• A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
• At least 10 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
• Back up internet is a must (strictly no USB Sticks allowed)

Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard
