Quality Assurance Supervisor  

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for distribution and the market.
2. Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
3. Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
4. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
5. Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
6. Prepares and submits inspection reports in a timely manner.
7. Keeps measurement equipment and tools in good condition by following operating instructions and calibration requirements.
8. Investigate customer complaints, non-conformance issues and participate in problem resolution.
9. Recommends actions for improvement.
10. Monitors corrective actions.
11. Perform internal line audits for continuous implementation of quality requirements.
12. Records and monitors non-conformity found/raised with the process owner.
13. Reports and documents any non-conformances observed or found that affect WCLI quality requirements.
14. Conducts quality awareness as necessary for continuous improvement.
15. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following the standard procedures, work instructions, and complying with legal regulations.
16. Collaborate with other process owners for continuous implementation of Quality Management System.

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering or related course.
• Knowledgeable on QA/QC functions
• Strong interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and procedural decisions and judgements.

• With a minimum of one (1) year experience in related field
• With experience in Internal Quality Audit
