- Coordinates the strategic human resources planning and forecasting.
- Coordinates all human resources programs and procedures specifically for recruitment and selection, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, exit management, competency assessment, succession management, training and development of the Company.
- Coordinates employee activities and programs to enhance teamwork, unity and learning within the company.
- Prepares and submits accurate reports on time.
- Conforms to all established quality procedures and work instructions of the department.
- Signs and approves departmental documents in the absence of his/her immediate superior with the confirmation of the authorized signatory.
- Performs other management mandated functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration major in Human Resource or any related course
- Must have at least 1 year experience
- Good people-handling, counseling, and documentation skills
- Strong and dynamic personality
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
