Job Description
The Engineering Documentation Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare, review and submit Test Reports
- Maintain proper compilation/archiving of all engineering department's test reports and related documents (soft & hard copies).
- Monitor proposals submitted to clients
- Monitor purchase requisiitons and items arrival.
- Prepare and submit project updates summary
- Prepare and submit Minutes of the meeting
- Coordinate with other departments related to the project
- Assist Engineering officers for any documentation requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in preparing technical reports
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good English communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent English writing skills
- Basic graphic design
