Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining complex spreadsheets that provide insights into our business operations, assisting with account management tasks, and working closely with key stakeholders for the company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Create complex spreadsheets and visualizations using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Assist with account management tasks such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with the founders of our company to provide operational support.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports to monitor key metrics.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and provide insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for special projects and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar operations or analyst role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including experience with pivot tables and advanced functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Nice to have:

  • Previous start-up experience or experience in the RPO/BPO or recruiting space.
  • Familiarity with Notion databases is a big plus.
