Job Description
The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving business growth by hitting sales targets, spotting new business opportunities, and growing the business.
Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of company products or services
- Learn the needs of clients and developing plans and solutions to meet them
- Sell products and services in person and over the phone or online video calls
- Rigorously prospect for new business, set up meetings, and follow up with leads in your pipeline
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients
- Negotiate with clients and close deals to meet sales targets
- Develop sales materials, presentations, kits and document templates in collaboration with management and marketing design team
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Ensure sales requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
- Establish good relationships with clients and maintain client database
- Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business and keep the business competitive
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Collaborate closely with other functional teams to ensure an excellent client experience at all times
- Prepare sales reports
- Providing management with feedback
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the companys CRM or other sales management system
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent course
- Familiarity with the local property tech market
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to understand and present contracts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
- Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
