Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Associate at VTECO Computer Solutions, Inc., you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting the business development team in identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.   • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
  • Analyze market data, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Assist in generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads and prospects based on predefined criteria and prioritize opportunities for follow-up.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Support the business development team in building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant information about products or services.
  • Sales Support and Coordination:
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Sales Tracking and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Generate regular reports and updates on sales performance, trends, and opportunities for management review.
  • Continuous Learning and Development:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business development.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets and objectives.
