Project Manager  

Initiate the project by:

• Setting goals
• Determine deliverables
• Determine process output
• Document projects constraints
• Define strategies
• Knowledge of performance requirements of the project
• Prepares budget
• Supply comprehensive project information

Project planning:

• Commit project resources
• Implement project plan
• Monitor and manage progress of the project
• Communicates progress of the project and implement quality analysis

Controlling the project:

• Measure performance and refine project control limits
• Implements corrective actions
• Evaluate corrective actions effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with the project plans
• Monitor project activity and respond to risk triggers
  
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

• Must be a licensed Engineer specialized in Roads, Ports, Bridges and Bored Piling
• 7 to 10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
• Strong interpersonal/leadership skills; excellent in written and oral communication skills
• Can conform shifting
• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
• Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity
