Job Description
- Interfacing with Clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Review overall processes on charges and collections to ensure optimal reimbursement from insurance and patients.
- Communicate/ facilitate special projects, reports, and requests from client
- Handles complex client questions and issues
- Resolve issues/ problems within the assigned team
- Compiles and prepares various reports to help in analyzing trends and making recommendations to the client
- Checks month-end reports being forwarded to the client
- Recommends policy revisions and process improvements within the team if deemed necessary.
- Carry out audits of current procedures and processes to uncover areas for improvement.
- Lead, guide and manage an assigned team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/ quota.
- Handle the team’s personal development in line with the company’s growth and development strategy.
- Provide the motivation to employees to achieve their best performances with a high degree of quality and quantity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Medical, but not required)
- 3-5 of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in healthcare billing, coding, collections, or financial analysis is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make sound decisions to optimize revenue cycle performance.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift
