Job Description

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments.
  • Ensure that there are no conflicting appointments and tasks.
  • Take and publish minutes of the meeting.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Preparing, compiling, and sorting out data.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and accurate reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Medical, but not required)
  • Consultancy basis minimum of 6 months consultancy contract (subject for renewal)
  • 1 year BPO/ Call Center experience/ related experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Preferably with Medical Virtual Assistant experience
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry is a plus
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift
  • Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection
