Job Description
Main Responsibility:
- Do a continuous improvement on systems, business processes, and tools of the Finance function to better serve both internal and external customer
- Master all the Finance process built in the business, to bridge this process to the system, and to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance towards defined process
SAP Related:
- Manage SAP Blueprint including all the data in it
- Responsible for SAP module: FI, CO, and PS
- Training and assist new business unit personnels
- Evaluate personnel's readiness to operate and implement all the process based on the SOP
- Troubleshooting all system related issues
- Responsible in improving SOP and SAP designs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree in accountancy or its equivalent with strong accounting and finance knowledge and practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in consulting group/company, preferably have experience in SAP FICO
- Excellent understanding of business process especially in manufacturing
- Excellent business acumen, teamwork and leadership skill
- Good team player with ability to work independently with high commitment and confident
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel to all company branches across Indonesia (Sumatera, Java, NTB, Sulawesi)
