Job Description
- Acquire 35 new clients every month
- Represent the company, manage offline and online events nationwide, and lead participation in expos and events
- Strengthen our pool of clients by consistent acquisition, onboarding, and accounts management
- Actively collaborate with the internal team units with the day-to-day requirements of the key accounts
- Help improve our features and functions based on the key accounts’ feedback
- Identify potential strategic clients and contact outbound leads
- Identify tactical relationships with current and potential key accounts
- Grow, develop, and maintain our accounts database
- Maximize client happiness
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Initiative-driven, friendly, and keen to learn
- Entrepreneurial and with a problem-solving attitude
- Having relevant experience or connections in the Food and Beverage, Retail, Service, and Franchise industry is an advantage
- A passion for SaaS, Fin-Tech, and MSMEs (local micro, small, and medium enterprises)
