Digital Marketing Associate  

Digital Marketing:

- Manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling, community
engagement, and monitoring online conversations related to the brand.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and
performance tracking.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, such as blog posts, newsletters, social
media posts, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and
touchpoints.
- Assist in monitoring and managing online brand reputation and customer reviews.
Marketing Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, such
as social media, email, content marketing, and advertising.
- Collaborate to develop marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and written content,
adhering to the brand guidelines.
Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to
promote the company's products and services.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and post-event follow-up activities.
- Provide technical support during online events and webinars.
Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Assist the marketing team in developing lead generation strategies and tactics.
- Assist in implementing lead nurturing campaigns to convert prospects into customers through
targeted content and communication.
CRM and Database Management:
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate and relevant
information.
- Utilize CRM data to track customer interactions and assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell
opportunities.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer
preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing performance data, such as audience growth rate, website traffic,
conversion rates, and campaign ROI, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Budget Management:
- Assist in monitoring and tracking social media budgets for various initiatives, ensuring
spending remains within allocated limits.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduated with a 4-year degree course in College (Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field will be an advantage)
• Experience with developing marketing plans and campaigns, including social media marketing campaigns
• Previous experience in marketing or related fields is preferred but not
  mandatory for entry-level positions.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing, and analytics.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer databases is a plus.
