Job Description
- Deployment of physical IP phones.
- Manages relocation/transfer of IP Phone within the same site
- Configuration of 3rd Party Endpoints (SIP communication)
- Assign roles, privilege types and access control groups
- Configuration of additional Call Routing Feature

- Configuration of Advanced Features
- Extension Mobility Services
- Mobile Voice Access
- Configuration of Phone Security Profile
- Configuration from CUCM Local Database to LDAP Directory Integration and vice versa.
- Configuration of additional Media Resources (Transcoder, MTP, Conference Bridge, MOH).
- Configuration of 3rd Party Application – VoiceMail / Call Recording / API for Application Development

- Configuration for additional Voice Support/Fall Back operation/Call Routing operation.
- Uploading of permanent license
- Checking and troubleshooting of physical status, LAN Connectivity, Status Message
- Perform reset/restart/restore factory settings on phone
- Check and record physical/console connection on application for any errors
- Check assign roles, privilege types and access control groups
- Reconfiguration/Registration of Phones on the CUCM
- Checking of CPU, Memory Usage, Cluster Database Replication status
- Check for regular generation of Data Backup (Disaster Recovery System)
- Check and Monitor Device Count Summary.
- Check and Monitor certificate expiration.
- Checking of Media Resources (MOH, Transcoder, MTP, Annunciator, and Conference Bridge) availability.
- Manage Basic Call Features (Soft key Template Buttons)
- CDR Extraction and Generation
- Wireshark installation and analysis
- Checking and troubleshooting of physical status/condition (Fan, Power supply), LAN connectivity, module and port status
- Check and troubleshoot LAN connectivity once hardware failure encountered
- Checking of CPU and Memory usage
- Check for regular generation of Data Backup
- Check, monitor and record physical/console connection on application Status, Database Replication checking.
- Basic Reconfiguration of Agents, Supervisor Accounts
- Checking continuous connectivity of Agents, Supervisor Desktop, Finesse and logging of errors encountered
- Manage Basic Historical Report Generation
- Check for regular generation of Data Backup
- Check and troubleshoot physical status, setup of the device and accessories.
- Check and troubleshoot bandwidth, network connectivity between endpoint and registration on call agents.
- Generate reports for the encountered issues.
- Check for regular generation of Data Backup
- Monitoring and Checking of device status through client provided monitoring tool
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four (4) or five (4) year collegiate course preferably in the field of Information and Communication Technology.
- Work related experience of at least two (2) years in the field of Information and Communications Technology
- Experienced with products in the areas of Network Infrastructure.
- Certification in any of the following is an advantage
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
