Job Description
The Business Intelligence Analyst is vital in driving EasyCall Communications Philippines’ data technology initiatives via analysing data and developing dashboards to represent operational highlights and analyses to key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain dashboards using business intelligence tools
- Implement and onboard business intelligence tools with new clients
- Understand clients’ needs and requirements, and propose appropriate success criteria
- Serve as technical liaison between business intelligence platform and clients
- Daily monitoring and maintenance of platform
- Provide technical support to clients
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in working with business intelligence and reporting tools
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and SQL (preferred)
- Strong understanding of databases, dashboards and data analytics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and self-starter attitude to perform tasks with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management and leadership experience
- Familiarity with statistics/programming languages (e.g., R, Python)
