- Developing People at Head Office based on activity, training, counseling, coaching, etc
- Maintaining HR Service Head Office
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experiences in HRGA
- Minimum 5 years experiences in managerial level
- Have experiences handle 800 - 1000 employees
- Background retail will be a plus
- Master in industrial relation area
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Law education will be advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
