Job Description
- Menganalisa, mengkoordinasikan, dan memonitor penjualan Departmennya agar mencapai target sales, Margin, Shrinkage, Distribution Cost dan EBIT
- Menciptakan kepuasan customer dalam berbelanja
- Memastikan dan menjalankan standar service Toko sesuai definisi Service dari Trans Retail Indonesia
Minimum Qualifications
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- D3/sederajat, diutamakan dari jurusan Marketing
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja min.4 tahun di bidang Retail Department Store ternama dengan 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Supervisor Area : Mens/ Ladies/ Children/ Bags/ Accesories/ Shoes/ Cosmetics/ Home
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa finansial yang baik
- Optimis dalam pencapaian target penjualan
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
