Job Description
- Oversees Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, and payroll
- Prepares Financial reports for management reviews - these include P&L, AFS
- BIR compliance
- Recruits and hires Accounting staff and conducts performance reviews
- Implements training for new hires and identifies training opportunities for current staff
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 10 years experience in Accounting and Finance
- With at least 5 years Accounting supervisory experience
- Experience in local retail business is an advantage
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel). Knowledge in advance excel is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
