Job Description
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details for all stakeholders.
- Drive project vision, evaluate impact for each project, monitor its implementation, and measure key metrics that inform the success of projects.
- Ensure that each project is proceeding according to timeline and meeting targets & expectations
- Integrate usability studies, market research, and analysis & collect all relevant data and information for project requirements
- Able to analyze data performance and provide critical insights & learning
- Develop and maintain working relationships with all stakeholders
- Identifies and coordinates implementation of internal and external resources
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required with good business acumen
- Problem solver with data-driven and clear structure & analytical skills.
- Excellent communication (verbally and in writing), good ability to work in a team, and good negotiation skills
- Experience in data analysis using Excel (Vlookup, IF function, Pivot, etc)
- Have experience on creating a professional deck
- Ability to work quickly, work with cross-functional teams and prioritize under deadlines among competing projects
- Proactive to make things happen and critical in ensuring progress.
