Process

• Research – Efficiently research and gather data related to improving the overall user experience
• Synthesize – Continuously collaborate with relative teams to brainstorm and synthesize data gathered from research to come up with reliable information forming a great basis for design implementations
• Componentize – Create pixel-perfect components and knows how to breakdown complicated UX task to their respective atomic design components
• Prototype – Can create simple to complex prototypes that simulate real-world products or concepts while also having the ability to present them to stakeholders, clear and concise
• Design – Has the ability to create pixel-perfect low to high level designs that are heavily influenced by data gathered from research, synthesis, and feedbacks from users and stakeholders
• Develop – Optional and a great-to-have knowledge which helps eliminate development-related constraints
• Test – Can conduct UX testing and learn from them in order to improve design implementations
• Implement – Optional and a great-to-have knowledge in implementing design systems, UI kits, branding, design versions, and other UX architectural structures
• Improve – Knows how to improve or find improvements on current designs while following localized or global trends in design and UX

Expected deliverables:
Wireframes, prototypes, flowcharts, sitemaps, usability reports, style guides, user journey maps, competitive analysis, low-high fidelity mockups, user personas, mood, and storyboards, graphics/assets

Soft skills:

• English proficiency both verbal and written
• Can work in a multicultural environment
• Can communicate and breakdown complex ideas to simple and non-technical terms
• Can analyze and formulate usable information from raw data and analytics
• Open to constructive criticism and is willing to continuously improve
• Has the self-initiative to study and tinker with design ideas
• Outspoken, bouncing ideas, and is not shy of seeking assistance when needed

Technical skills:
Tools

• Proficiency in UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Framer
• Proficiency in asset creation/manipulation tools like Adobe AI, PS, XD, etc Adobe CC
• Proficiency in prototyping tools like UXPin, InVision, or ProtoPie
• Regularly uses brainstorming/ideation platforms like Miro, FigJam, Mural
• Have experience with UX testing platforms like Lookback, Maze, UsabilityHub
• Have experience with data analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Userlytics

Must-haves:

• 2-5 years exp in UX design, product design, or interactive design
• Portfolio to showcase experience, work, thought process
• Willingness to report daily to work.

Great-to-have:

• Exp in any web development, HTML, CSS, JS, Frameworks
• Exp in mentoring and spearheading trainings or bootcamps
• Knows some of the best UX practices and UX laws by heart
