Job Description

The Sales Admin Manager reports directly to the Head of Sales.Coordinates with Management according to directives of the Head of Sales. Handles a Team of Sales Admin Assistants. The Sales Admin comprises of varied works clustered together as Reports, Sales Team services, Roadshows, Events and Sponsorships. The group works closely with Finance, Accounting and Account Management, Procurement, Technical Divisions, as well as customers and third party service providers.

Primary Function:

  • Along with Head of Sales, plans for the title promotions, incentives and budget maximization of the division
  • Provide research and survey necessary for competitor scan and appropriate promotions and schemes
  • Updates the pricelists, Payment Terms and monitors acceptable Net Present Value schemes.
  • Safeguards on Data Privacy Act and AMLA.
  • Answer queries and provide needed information on Admin related concerns
  • Handles Administrative functions and operations of the division.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of all office equipment and furniture
  • Escalate admin related issues to Management as needed
  • Help organize company activities and events
  • Ensure official company forms are readily available on daily basis, events and roadshows.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Management
  • At least 2 years work experience as a Sales Admin Manager
  • Has background in Real Estate Sales Administration
  • Overall knowledge in Sales Docummentations, Hands-on Property Management, With Recruitment and Training skills

Specific Skills required:

  • Microsoft excel proficiency
  • Knowledgeable in Memo preparations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to handle documentation and administrative tasks
  • Property Management
  • Very good planning skills and foresight
  • Has high regard for integrity
