Job Description/ Responsibilities

  • Sales Representative for the Distributor handling Food Service Accounts like Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers(HORECA)
  • Open new accounts in the assigned area
  • Handle current accounts assigned to by Sales Head
  • Grow Sales of current customers
  • Introduce new products to current customers
  • Field assignment of 12-16 HORECA Customers visits per day.
  • Someone who is very disciplined and needs minimal supervision.
  • To meet Area Sales Target
  • To meet Sales KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Weekly Collection
  • Team player
  • Someone with a pleasing personality and very good with getting along with all types of people
  • Confident to talk to Owners, President and Foreigner Chefs of big companies.
  • Willing to grow with a young company
  • Working days Mondays to Fridays
  • Open Minded
  • Willing to Accept Constant Changes in the organization and job tasks.
  • Has the confidence to talk to high ranking managers and/or owners
  • Need to set a lot lof meetings, manage accounts, talk to customers over the phone
  • 500-600 per day depending on experience and competencies
  • With commute allowances and incentives

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least a College Graduate Full 3.5 to 4-year course.

THE FOOD PANTRY, owned and operated by ISI BROS INC. was established when the former company, ISI Trading, incorporated in 2014. Our simple business belief: to make the lives of the people around us easier, along with integrity and fairness to all as our guiding principle. The brothers behind The Food Pantry formerly worked for multinational food companies and started distributing food products including its own line of powdered beverage as its first core product to major hotels, restaurants and other food service establishments in Metro Manila back in 2012. To start 2013, the company partnered up with TriDharma Food Service, to exclusively distribute their premium line of sausages and meats, and is currently their top food service distributor. Soon after, a partnership was established with Oleo Fats Inc.; a major manufacturer of premium oils, fats, butter, mayonnaise, and all other cooking/baking solutions. That same year, CARAMBA specialty & customized hot sauces was also added to our line up. In 2014, The Food Pantry came out with its own line of Cooking Oils imported from Malaysia (Farmer Bob’s) and Ketchup line (The Food Pantry house brand). As of today, The Food Pantry services a good number of various hotels, restaurants, caterers, food stalls/trucks and commissaries. Other company offerings are: seafood items (export quality), and baking mixes. Our company’s goal is to offer a full selection of premium quality food service items and services, which you won’t have to look for from other companies, and to provide them at the speediest time. In line with the company thrust, The Food Pantry is also currently coming up with an inventory system/ IT solution to make the task of managing inventories easier for the customer at a very desirable price. As it has always done, the company will continuously come out with more premium and better products while providing exceptional service to satisfy all the customers’ needs.
