Job Description
ISA Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers to present products, and educate them on the benefits and features.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, address inquiries, and guide them through the sales process.
Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and other departments to optimize the overall sales strategy and achieve team targets.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities, including customer interactions, contracts, and follow-up actions.
Minimum Qualifications
ISA Qualifications
Sales Experience: Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Customer-Focused: Demonstrated customer-centric approach with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Persistence: A resilient and determined attitude to overcome challenges and objections during the sales process.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, sharing insights and working towards common goals.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, email communication tools, and other sales-related technologies.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in products, processes, and industry trends.
