We are looking for someone who can join our team as a Social Media Strategist at Augmen Digital, where we help small to medium-sized Filipino businesses grow through social media performance marketing.
Most of the accounts and clients are local, and Philippine-based because our ultimate vision as a company is to create a world where small businesses in the Philippines with a big idea always have a chance to grow profitably by helping people with their products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Understand clients' goals, target audience, and brand identity.
Social Media Planning:
Develop social media strategies tailored to each client's objectives.
Create content calendars outlining what to post, when, and on which platforms.
Research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Content Creation:
Create engaging and shareable content, including text posts, images, and videos.
Social Media Trends:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithms of various social media platforms.
Adapt strategies based on platform updates and user behavior changes.
Qualifications:
Marketing Knowledge:
Understanding of marketing principles and how social media fits into overall marketing strategies.
Digital Literacy:
Proficiency in using social media platforms and social media management tools.
Creativity:
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and client interaction.
Time Management:
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, especially when working with multiple clients.
Adaptability:
Willingness to adapt to changes in social media trends and algorithms.
Experience:
Previous experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
