Job Description
PROJECT SPAN: FEBRUARY - DECEMBER 2018
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews and participates in the works of lower level specialists
- Conducts independent researches and studies
- Provides technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries/stakeholders
- Develops procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs as well as in formulating educational/training program for a subject field
- Performs other related functions

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
- 2 years of relevant experience
- 8 hours of relevant training
- With any 2nd level eligibility (CS Professional, eligibilities that can be granted through RA 1080)
- Proficient in written and oral communication
- Possesses good analytical skills
- Has a wide knowledge on TESDA programs and services
- Has a high degree of commitment to work
- Adheres to professional work ethics
- Assertive and can work under pressure
- Holder of TMC; NTTC is an advantage
