What is your mission?
- You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to the client’s advertisers, publishers and/or users.
- Analyze quality and effectiveness of ad accounts strategically, and recommend best practices for other platforms.
- Support SMBs through effective business partnering and overall support of our vendor operations.
- Collaborate with advertising specialists, sales engineers, and product team members on new feature development.
- Generate creative ways to improve our client relationships and increase revenue by sharing and implementing best practices.
- Tracking of accounts and maintaining conversion.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2 years in college.
- With at least 2 years of pure sales experience (inbound/outbound/B2B) in the BPO industry.
- Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN).
- Familiarity with online advertising products and services.
- Can work BGC, Taguig City.

- Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Account management experience is a plus
