Job Description
- Establishing and improving the position of our innovative products within the market
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to reach the appropriate target market
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the Fintech based on market, demand and competitor landscape
- Maintain investor relations
- Forming and personally exercising marketing strategies
- Social media marketing
- New product/project and feature launches
- Advertising campaigns (online and offline)
- Business development, including establishing customer, media and partner relations
- Creating valuable content
- Increase brand awareness
Minimum Qualifications
- Min Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent, with a Finance/Banking product exposure
- Min 3 years of experience working as a Manager in the Marketing/Banking Field.
- Start Up or Fintech knowledge and experience would be looked upon favourably
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to interpret data, recognize patterns, and translating those findings into actionable items
- Good understanding of brand awareness
- Familiar with banking department, investor relation and funding
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, thrive in challanging environment, passionate about Fintech, Start Up, or Agriculture world
