The Team

We work best in small groups. It strengthens efficiency in achieving KPIs through easy communication, short process, and a smoother workflow. You'll be working with the DevOps team.

Apart from your core team, you'll be interacting and collaborating with the product team. You'll get the chance to work alongside with many other parts of the business.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) from one of our offices (Brisbane, Manila, and Chicago) or remotely. As a Senior SRE, you'll be effectively leading in the implementation of changes concerning the maintenance of stability, reliability, and performance of the services. You'll be automating repetitive work, digging deep into the pesky issues in our products, and as well as monitoring, collecting data, managing configuration, and all tasks necessary for reliability improvement.

This role is a perfect fit for someone who enjoys challenges: both in identifying, and providing solutions to challenges. Insatiable curiosity for all things. The role combines the significant impact of development with operations with the aim of improving the turnaround time for releases while doing maintenance work.

• Monitoring the availability, performance, and recording of incident responses, among other things, of the platforms and services that our company owns
• Establish configuration management, automate infrastructure, and implement continuous integration
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment
• Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines)
• Analyze code and communicate detailed reviews to development teams to ensure a marked improvement in applications and the timely completion of projects.
• Optimize the company's computing architecture
• Conduct system tests for security, performance, and availability

• Working with the product team to help develop features and fix bugs - we find the best way to understand the product (& keep it running!) is to help build it.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
• Minimum 3-4 years as an SRE, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or any relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS industry
• Familiarity with code deployment tools (Terraform, etc.)
• Basic understanding with AWS or other Cloud providers
• Troubleshooting skills across different levels of stack
• Understanding of Linux systems
• You are able to independently 'Get It Done' and manage your time
• You are passionate about what you do, have a thirst for knowledge, show technical leadership, and challenge yourself and others to improve.
