Job Description

1. Menghubungi customer melalui telepon terkait dengan tagihan yang dimiliki
2. Menginformasi dan mengingatkan customer untuk melakukan pembayaran melalui channel pembayaran yang ditunjuk oleh perusahaan
3. Membuat laporan dan pengkinian data dari customer terkait dengan data pribadi maupun pembayaran tagihan
4. Melakukan eskalasi kepada Team Leader jika terjadi perselisihan maupun keberatan dari customer
5. Mengidentifikasi dan mendeteksi kemungkinan terjadinya fraud yang dilakukan oleh customer

Minimum Qualifications

1. Min. SMU sederajat
2. Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
3. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan MS Office
4. Suka bekerja dengan target
5. Bersedia bekerja dalam shift
