Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing computer hardware, peripheral devices, network connectivity, operating systems, and strong networking and firewall experience
  • Experience in overseeing the management of an onsite team
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written with the ability to create rapport with clients, delivering a high level of customer service
  • Able to work under own initiative with limited guidance being required in own area of knowledge
  • Proficiency with Windows 10, Server 2012, Network Switches, Servers, VMware, Firewalls, WSUS, Server & File Backup, Group Policy, Active Directory, CCTV, and Biometrics
  • Working location is in Ortigas
Job Description

As an Network & Systems Manager, you will build relationships and gain trust with the business while managing helpdesk and support requests including level 2 & 3 troubleshooting of hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.


  • Perform installations, maintenance, and repair work on production hardware or software that supports the business. Investigate and recommend solutions & upgrades based on evolving business challenges.
  • Managing work requests via a Helpdesk ticketing system and create documentation for support process and workflow.
  • Enforce corporate security standards and industry best practices for the desktop computing environment.
  • Level 2/3 technical escalation point for the IT Service Desk Analysts for issues that cannot be resolved.
  • Provide onsite management of the IT service Desk Analysts (periodic training/ New Hire training and after-hours or on-call work as required; hardware and software inventory and routine administration and housekeeping tasks).
