- Generate leads and identify potential clients for our clean energy solutions.

Prepare and deliver engaging sales proposals on renewable energy solutions tailored to client needs.

Address and resolve customer concerns and objections during the sales process.

Collaborate closely with other departments (Engineering, PPGR, and APM) to ensure a seamless sales cycle.

Negotiate long-term lease agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Actively participate in marketing and networking events, such as conferences and seminars.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a genuine passion for renewables and clean energy.
- Be committed to continual personal and professional development.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to follow through on tasks.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Work conscientiously with others and effectively align with various stakeholders.
- Be comfortable using Excel and be familiar with legal terms and contracts.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Have 2-5 years of experience in a previous Business Development position.
