Social Media Manager  

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Organic Social Ads

• Strategy Execution: Design and implement social media strategies to enhance Everten’s brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, focusing on the 20-30 year old demographic.
• Community Management: Oversee and engage with our social media communities to ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and professionally managed. Respond to direct messages within 24 hours on business days.
• Content Oversight: Post consistently across platforms with a unified brand voice and style. Continuously test and refine content types and posting schedules to maximize engagement.
• Analytics and Feedback: Track and analyze social media performance weekly. Use insights to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to the Marketing team for ongoing content improvement.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to enhance brand messaging and campaign effectiveness through coordinated social media efforts.
  

Content Creator Management

• Actively research and engage with content creators in Australia to ascertain opportunities
• Perform due diligence on whether creators are the right fit for the Everten brand, and the level of ‘real’ engagement they are receiving on their content.
• Maintain a database of content creators, with all their details, commitments undertaken, and delivery against those commitments.
• Create reporting to measure the effectiveness of paid social spend
• Put in place tracking and reporting to determine which content drives the most engagement and traffic for Everten
  

UGC Collection

• Work closely with Marketing Team to perform outreach to both Australia customers and creators online to gather user generated content which will be used on our website and advertising

• Social Media Platforms Management: Proficient in managing diverse social media platforms to boost brand visibility and interaction.
• Content Creation and Curation: Skilled in crafting and curating compelling content that resonates with our target demographics.
• Community Engagement: Adept at fostering robust online communities and managing brand reputation.
• Analytics and Strategy: Experienced in leveraging analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize social engagement.
• Influencer and UGC Management: Capable of identifying and collaborating with influencers, and effectively sourcing user-generated content.
• Advertising and Campaign Optimization: Knowledgeable in optimizing advertising and promotional campaigns to maximize returns.
• Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills and adept at working collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
• Passion for cooking and entertaining is a plus.
• Work onsite, dayshitft, can also be based on proven effectiveness or upon becoming a regular employee, individuals may have the opportunity to explore hybrid work arrangements.
