Job Description
- Prepare production plan on weekly and monthly basis
- Monitor sewing lines to Increase production target
- Provides job assignments to all supervisors
- Ensure that the garments produced are as per buyers specifications
- Ability to handle an entire factory independently
- Maximize output on all sewing lines
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling a Garments Factory
- Must be able to handle 100 sewers
- Must be able to speak English
- Have experience about the study and operational breakdown
- Have strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Have good communication skills
- Willing to work in Guiguinto, Bulacan
