Operations and Property Management Specialist  

The Operations and Property Management Specialist’s primary role is to assist and
execute daily operational and property management tasks in the property life cycle for
an owner-operator real estate company based in the US.

• Execute account processes within standards
• Assisting in the daily operations of the property life cycle within the business
• Setting up and registering newly acquired properties
• Assisting in getting the new properties ready for rent
• Contacting and assisting in onboarding of new and current residents for lease renewals, move-ins and/or move-outs
• Continuous monitoring of Rently to make sure all systems are running smoothly
• Managing maintenance lists and data for properties acquired by the company
• Managing and keeping track of data essential to the business
• Processing property and tenant data reports as an update for ownership
• Get, want and have the capacity to fulfill the requirements of the seat ●
• Understanding and accomplishing training necessary to equip him or her with skills required for the position
• Increasing skill sets as team grows or scales
• Fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators set for the team
• Able to accomplish tasks on time, with minimal to no errors and maximize his or her time wisely within the team’s requirements and needs
• Problem-solve within their capacity
• Has the capacity to provide basic solutions or recommendations to any issue raised by client with little to no guidance from team leader
• Able to provide insights to improve processes and output within the team
• Build strong relationships with our counterparts
• Should be a team player and able to communicate well with clients whether in person or via Slack
• Able to deliver and raise issues to counterparts with little supervision

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management, Finance, Accounting, and related
• courses
• 1-2 years work experience
• Has background on real estate is a plus
• Has knowledge on finance or accounting is a plus
• Experience in using AppFolio, Buildertrend, and Rently is a plus
• Above average skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Willing to work in a hybrid set up in Pasig City on US Shift of 9pm to 6am
