Job Description
- Increase STORM’s revenue by ensuring that potential customers avail of STORM’s services
- Orchestrate overall work of operations team to match the requirements set by the client for their program
- Manage his/her own business unit that is composed of an Account Manager(s) and Data Analyst(s)
- Ensure smooth program implementation to achieve committed results to client
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customer
- Entrepreneurial, can solve problems out of the box, should be flexible with work / role
- Can build/recruit his/her own team
- Strong evidence of leading and developing people
- Must be motivated by growth, development, and making a difference
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Excellent presentation skills, sales insighting, negotiation skills, and sales closing skills
- Experience in Account Management and People Management
- Strong Project Management skills
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
