Job Description
Engineering Services Department
- Monitor database of construction/renovation/maintenance projects.
- Assist in the organization of project files, safekeeping of electronic files and filing of hard copies.
- Do weekly reports as instructed by the department head.
- Assist in coordination of departmental meetings and functions.
- Support the department head in the documentation of projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business or Computer related courses.
- Preferably has background in engineering functions.
- Fresh graduate with outstanding scholastic records may be considered.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in different MS Office applications.
- Flexible and can handle pressure.
- Highly trainable and can adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
