As a Graphics Designer, you will collaborate closely with our art director or creative director to deliver compelling visual designs across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating digital creatives such as ads, infographics, emails, while also providing support for print materials like direct mail and inserts.
- Work under the supervision of an art director or creative director to execute visual concepts and designs.
- Create engaging digital creative assets including ads, infographics, email designs, and other digital collateral.
- Provide support for print materials, including direct mail and inserts, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling and design concepts.
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into high-quality visual designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage and organize digital assets using BrandFolder or similar digital asset management systems.
- Occasionally contribute to video editing projects without specific tool restrictions.
- Proficiency in graphic design using Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience in creating digital assets for various platforms with a focus on design aesthetics and user experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, taking direction and feedback from senior creative leads.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems like BrandFolder or similar tools.
- Video editing skills would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
