As a Marketing Operations Project Manager, you will serve as the central hub and coordinator for all marketing initiatives within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing and managing the flow of projects, acting as a liaison between the marketing team and various vendors. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and tools, including Attentive for SMS, Klayvio for email marketing, and Figma for design and review.
- Project Coordination: Act as the traffic controller for the marketing team and external vendors, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
- Initiative Point Person: Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing initiatives, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Platform Management: Oversee and manage marketing initiatives across various platforms.
- Collaboration Facilitation: Foster collaboration between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination for successful campaign execution.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Timeline and Deadline Management: Maintain project timelines, ensuring that all marketing initiatives adhere to established schedules and meet designated deadlines.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and third-party partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has atleast 5 years of experience in marketing operations or project management within the marketing domain.
- Proficiency in managing marketing tools such as Attentive for SMS, Klayvio for email marketing, and Figma for design and review.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to evaluate campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
