Social Media and Communication Manager  

• In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. You will create and implement social media strategies that engage and grow our audience, while also promoting our brand and products. Be dynamic and proactive. We are driven by results and output, not hours and time.
• In addition to social media management, you will also be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, work on PR, as well as manage email marketing campaigns and the content we share to align with the brand.
• The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. You should be comfortable working in a self-starter environment and be able to juggle multiple projects in an organized manner.

• At least 3 years of experience in social media and communication management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Strong copy and editing skills in English
• Experience with email marketing and Klaviyo (self-learn and apply is okay)
• Ability to create and analyze social media performance reports
• Experience working with media outlets and industry influencers
• Experience using social media management tools
• Hybrid set-up, 1-2 times onsite in Makati
