Job Description
- Handle simple to moderate inbound or outbound telephone initiated calls
- Handle customer inquiries through call or by email
- Manage and resolves customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Update existing customer information
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must be a graduate of any course
- Preferably with at least 6 months experience in customer service or any front-line position
- Must possess above average communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Window based computer application
