Job Description
- Handle telephone inquiries and provides corresponding assistance promptly.
- Prepare the patient information sheets of phoned-in reports of hospital admissions
- Recieve and logs customer complaints using the specified form and tries to deliver solutions/actions to this complaints
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Preferably with at least 6 months experience in customer service or any front line position
- With above average communication skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati/Alabang/Taguig.
- No work experience required.
