Sales and Account Manager


Job Description

As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy merchants’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.


  • Developing positive relationships and handling merchants’ needs
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential networks
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Attend to concerns/issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Monitor merchants’ volume and report on the status of their accounts
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead Generation
  • Account Monitoring / Management
  • Contribute in developing new business and company growth

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have 2 years of experience in sales and account management
  • Preferably basic knowledge in e commerce
