Job Description
Our client is a waste management startup, operating in Jakarta and Bali and is planning to expand overseas this year.
Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate with site supervisors and operators to ensure that daily targets are met.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities and targets.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly budgets.
- Coordinate technology maintenance and checks and plan repairs.
- Manage and schedule manpower.
- Coordinate with procurement and accounting according to budget and activities.
- Manage site data and documents.
- Ensure all SOPs are implemented.
- Conduct risk assessments.
- Coordinate with management for troubleshooting.
Output:
- Every site reach daily input and output target
- Operational cost fall within budget
- All daily data on every site is documented
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering is preferred
- More than 5 years of experience in the construction area, with knowledge both in the field and on the operation side
- Male with age less than 35 years old is preferred (due to the working location)
- Willing to travel
