Job Description
- Accountable for owning, developing and driving the Category sales of the online store.
- Monitors & reviews category performance. Identify opportunities & take corrective action when necessary.
- Must be able to deep-dive into merchandise planning through exposure to competitor e-Commerce sites and offline stores on a category level.
- Reviews category merchandise to deliver the best customer experience. Use data to drive category sales and improve conversion rate.
- Provide information to Buying team; to develop key concepts, key items, promotional strategies and assortments that are commercially viable and provide exciting online store experience.
- Work closely with the Production, Marketing & Buying teams to ensure an appropriate mix of regular newness, tactical offers, optimally merchandised across all relevant channels.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a degree in any Commerce course, Marketing or equivalent courses;
- At least 4 years experience in retail merchandising. Online Retail Merchandising experience is a plus;
- Strong numerical and analytical skills;
- Passionate about e-commerce and customer experience;
- Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Head Office
