Job Description

  • A business and/or market analytics officer who will be responsible for guiding & assisting the following retail departments in designing & generating analytical reports: Merchandising, Marketing, Advertising, Promotions, Retail Affiliates, and Operations.
  • Assist users in interpreting and applying these insights in improving their respective businesses and customer relations.
  • Guide users in data analysis, customer profiling, customer segmentation and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with IT on report production requirements and schedules.
  • Employs a variety of analytical tools and/or statistical modeling on customer buying habits and historical

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a BA Degree in Statistics, Applied Sciences, Marketing, and Economics.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent.
  • Preferably with exposure to Loyalty and CRM programs.
  • Detail oriented with high emphasis on quality and accuracy
  • Good presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel and working knowledge using SAS.
  • Knowledgeable in report generation and Data Analysis, particularly in profiling, segmentation & CRM (Customer Relation Management)Knowledgeable in SAS tools such as Enterprise Guide and Miner is an advantage
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
