Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervises and monitors the performance of the Project Team for his/her assigned Project.
- Responsible for the preparation / implementation / completion of various work stages related to the construction of assigned Project.
- Responsible for the submission of Weekly, Monthly Reports including periodic Percent of Completion (POC) Certification required for Accounting Reports.
- Prepares and recommends for approval long and short list of Bidders / Suppliers to Bids & Awards Committee.
- Responsible for the inspection of quality workmanship on the completed works of his/her assigned Project and for the supervision of making good defects prior to turn-over and acceptance of the projects
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- Licensed Engineer
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in a high rise Construction - Project Management in a real estate company
