Job Description
Main Role: The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for supporting the full life-cycle recruitment process and managing the candidate experience throughout the process by ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment of positions in the given account and ensure that the SLA is met.
- Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines in collaboration with his/her Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Team
- Evaluate applications, review resumes, complete initial interviews to identify top candidates and narrow candidate pool to make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Administer online assessment examination to the candidates.
- Prepare and discuss pre-employment requirements for the shortlisted candidates.
- Manage candidates by ensuring a consistent positive experience from initial application to the final on-boarding process.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Maintain and manage candidates through ATS.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related Business Course
- At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment preferably a combination of in-house recruitment and recruitment agency experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and success with a wide range of sourcing techniques, including networking, referrals, direct sourcing, social media outlets, job boards, internet searches and resume databases.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
- Ability to maintain discretion handling sensitive/confidential information.
- Effective time-management abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in database management and record keeping.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and basic knowledge of MS Office 365.
