eCommerce Operations Associate  

The E-commerce Operations Help Desk is responsible for monitoring and resolving issues and concerns related to E-commerce. He/she is also responsible for answering all customer inquiries and attending to all customer requests in a timely and professional manner.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves customers by providing product and service information and by resolving product and service problems with regard to Marketplace applications.

• Maintains customer records in Marketplace applications.

• Tracks and monitors customer orders and updates Order Status in Marketplace applications.

• Identifies Order Type or Sales Type (whether Cash or Installment) in Marketplace applications.

• Checks for fictitious, fraudulent, or suspicious online order/s in Marketplace applications.

• Reviews any customer's concern in Marketplace applications, then calls the customer for feedback and/or clarification.

• University/college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems is a plus
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and time management skills
• Previous experience, especially in motorcycle business or industry, is preferred
• Experience in E-commerce is an additional advantage
