Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies to increase seller adoption of platform features and tools. --Encourage sellers to actively engage with the platform and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the health and success of sellers on our platform. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
- Address and resolve escalated issues from sellers, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to finding satisfactory resolutions.
- Provide reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Prepare store creation (upload and delist products, sync stocks), system integration, store turnover and onboarding invites, etc.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations or any related field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
