Job Description
- Investigate anomalies in our transaction and logged data throughout customer journey
- Detect fraudulent activities on e-commerce transactions, based on detailed data and learned patterns
- Respond to customer enquiries on fraud measures taken
- Point out potential weakness in products, systems, processes, etc
- Identify new types of fraudulent activity and pattern. Recommend feasible preventive/corrective measure
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree from well-known university
- Has an ability to perform analytical functions on spreadsheet and knowledge in statistical formula
- Highly skeptical and has good logical thinking
- Has excellent communication skills (English is required)
